General Policy

At ITR Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of fragrances, attars, customized products, gifting products, and hygiene-related items, all sales are generally final.

NO RETURN POLICY

Products sold by ITR Perfumes are not eligible for return after delivery.

NO REFUND POLICY

ITR Perfumes does not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed, except in the limited circumstances stated below.

Limited Exceptions

Refund, replacement, or store credit may be considered only if:

Wrong product delivered.

Product received in a severely damaged condition.

Product substantially different from the confirmed order specifications.

Order cannot be fulfilled by ITR Perfumes after payment has been accepted.

Claim Procedure

Customers must:

1. Notify ITR Perfumes within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Provide a complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

3. Submit photographs clearly showing the issue.

4. Provide order details and contact information.

Failure to provide required evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

Customized Orders

The following are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable:

Custom packaging

Printed products

Engraved products

Wedding gifting orders

Corporate gifting orders

Bulk orders

Bespoke fragrance creations

Once production has commenced, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Fragrance Disclaimer

Fragrance preference varies from person to person.

Refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be granted due to:

Personal dislike of fragrance

Fragrance strength expectations

Longevity expectations

Subjective scent perception

Shipping Delays

Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, government actions, or other events beyond our control shall not qualify for refunds.

Final Decision

All refund, replacement, cancellation, and claim decisions shall be made by ITR Perfumes in accordance with applicable law and the facts of each case.

Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of refunds, returns, replacements, cancellations, or product claims shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.

Product Representation Disclaimer

> Product images, packaging designs, bottle styles, decorative accessories, flowers, gift articles, labels, ribbons, and other visual elements shown on the website, catalogue, advertisements, or social media are for illustrative purposes only and may vary depending on availability, customization requirements, production batches, and supplier variations.

Limitation of Liability

> Under no circumstances shall ITR Perfumes be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses including loss of profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the use of products or services.

Custom Order Approval Clause

> Production of customized orders shall commence only after customer approval of the final design, artwork, specifications, or quotation. Once approved, modifications, cancellations, or refunds shall not be permitted except at the sole discretion of ITR Perfumes.

Intellectual Property Protection

> The name "ITR Perfumes", its logo, catalogue designs, packaging concepts, product photographs, content, and marketing materials are proprietary assets of ITR Perfumes. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable laws.
